Lisa from Piehouse Bakery here, I want to finally get you an official note of gratitude for all of your kind reviews, patronage and friendship. Thank You! It’s been a crazy 16 months of menu changes, holiday decorations, seasonal baked favorites, multiple orders, family table reservations and pie creations. A lot of you already know what your favorite items orflavors are, and the spot you like to sit! It makes me so happy to see the excitement on all your faces and our weekly couples, ladies groups, families, and friends gathering for PIE! I’m so proud of what I’ve created in Piehouse, being able to makepeople happy with comfortable conversation and GOOD dessert😊
Let me tell you of some upcoming events and creations…
This week’s Valentine’s Day features:
Heart shaped, chocolate covered brownies and cherry cheesecakes
Mini double layered extreme chocolate cakes
5” white chocolate pecan cranberry decorated cookies
Piehouse Diner-Style Chocolate Pie and our Raspberry Cream Pie
Place orders now, email us at Info@piehousebakery.com! We’ll also have items in the case.
Pi Day (3.14 or March 14, 2025) with Piehouse and at Rendezvous Brewing from 5-8 pm
In the display case that day, we’ll feature Cherry Pie, Apple Pie, Very Berry and Key Lime… just to name a few.Preorders also being taken for that day!
At Rendezvous Junction Brewing Co., as we did last year, we’ll join them in introducing their newest brews paired with some of our great pie and quiche! It’s a fun time, we hope you come out and join us. Located at 2225 S Bellview Rd Suite 101 in Rogers.
And lastly, I would like to address the current egg situationwhich affects our business greatly and the whole community. I’ve basically just been eating the cost as they’ve gone up, but I simply can’t do it anymore. Some of my prices will need to unfortunately increase and I’ll also restructure what pies we feature daily (a few less cream pie offerings each day since they take a lot of eggs). Sorry guys! Its serious out there – we’re not just talking single eggs but everything that is made with eggs in the store. Be kind to others as we face this shortage. What I want to ask of you… please continue to preorder your pies and cake when you can (it helps us plan ahead) and if you know of a day you’ll be in and would like to see a certain dessert in the case let us know! We always want to be of service to you, but I need to stay in business to do that. Again, thank you and we’ll see you soon! Sincerely, Lisa
